11,000 m2 on the back of a hill have been developed while preserving the topography of the land as well as the local vegetation. The clearing allows sunlight from dawn on the hillside, to dusk on the sea.
Our small houses for rent are designed for 1 or 2 people; spaced from each other, with a private terrace. They are equipped with a kitchen and air conditioning.
We have free WiFi as well as good GSM reception.
Each home has a personalized and different style.
You will also find 3 spaces for motorhomes, articulated vehicles and trucks .
Our visitors have the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi (both wood heated) at will.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, but ashtrays are available on the terraces and in the spa area. However, smoking is prohibited in the jacuzzi and swimming pool.
We ask our tenants to wear at least one sarong outside the spa and relaxation area.
Naturism?
We would like to point out (for those who are frightened by naturism) that the definition of naturism for us is Freedom.
The freedom to be able to live dressed or naked while respecting each person's choice.
Access
Access by car or camper van is easy.
It is possible to organize your transfer from the airport. However, we advise you to rent a car so that you can explore the region at your leisure.

We are 5 minutes from the village center of Rogoznica.
10 minutes away you will find Primosten and its magnificent site of the "Gospa od Loreta".
30 minutes from Trogir and Split airport

By plane :
1 day in Zagreb, daily flights, possibility of taking off early in the morning and returning with the last flight (approximately 45 minutes of flight)
Our gesture for the environment
In our approach to the environment, electricity is produced and water heated using the sun. The jacuzzi and sauna are heated with wood. The jacuzzi and swimming pool are disinfected with salt.
All our waste is sorted for recycling or compost.
